Over the 12 week challenge I will personally coach you online, increasing you knowledge on how to structure your work out sessions, the exercises best suited for your desired goal and assist you with your nutrition ensuring we maximise your results.
You will receive workout and diet plans designed on and around your own personal stats and goals with updated plans when the changes are needed in order to keep you progressing throughout the challenge.
