Whether your goal is building muscle or fat loss the 3 month comprehensive training and nutritional coaching program is ideal for those who want to take their fitness and knowledge to the next level.
Over a 3 month period you will be coached on the gym floor twice per week working on and increasing you knowledge on how to structure your work out sessions, the exercises best suited for your desired goal and how to carry out the exercises with correct form to ensure you get the results you are after.
Our gym floor time will also allow you to take advantage of my many years of experience, so you will understand the reasons behind the exercises, what muscles are being targeted and the many different strategies and techniques that can be used to intensify the workout and improve your results.
Just as important as the training is the nutritional aspect of the comprehensive program.
you will receive coaching on calculating your calories, counting calories and macro splitting along with how to design a food plan and finally how to food prep.
Knowing how many calories you should be consuming and how many of your calories should be allocated to protein, carbs and fats ( macro splitting ) is paramount when it comes to actually achieving the goal you have and the 3 month comprehensive program gives you that knowledge.
Having this knowledge means any time you wish to change your goals you have the know how to make adjustments to your diet and move forward confidently knowing you are on the right track.
The aim of the program is for you to have all the knowledge you need regarding training and nutrition, so whether it's a current goal you have or a new adjusted goal in the future you can make the adjustments needed yourself and succeed in reaching your goals with out the use of hiring a new coach.
