Group coaching is a great way to benefit from all of the advantages of having your own personal coach with the added advantage of being able to split the cost with friends.
The coaching sessions will still be 1 hour long and our gym floor time will be structured in exactly the same way as a
1-2-1 session.
The gym floor time will be used to increase the groups knowledge on how to structure workout sessions, which exercises to perform for current goals, why they are performed and correct form.
The sessions work best if all individuals in the group have the same goals, either fat loss, muscle building or strength gaining. The coaching sessions also gives the group the opportunity to ask questions regarding training and nutrition, whether looking for new ideas or just advice.
The group coaching works best with maximum 3 people per group as we still want to be able to get the most out of each session, so If you have a group of friends and have been thinking about hiring a coach then get in touch and we can discuss the best way to move forward for you.
